ST. LOUIS - A Missouri woman has sued Bausch & Lomb, claiming that its ReNu MoistureLoc® contact lens solution caused her vision impairment. Likes v. Bausch & Lomb Inc. No. 4:06-cv-00914 (E.D. Mo.).
Marguerite Likes filed her complaint June 9 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, alleging that she developed an ulceration in her right eye while using ReNu in October 2005.
