Miss. Justices Affirm Denial of Bayer's Motion to Change Venue in Baycol Case

JACKSON, Miss. - The Mississippi Supreme Court has affirmed a lower court's order denying Bayer Corp.'s motion for change of venue in a Mississippi woman's claim against the manufacturer for her alleged Baycol-related injuries. Bayer Corp. v. Mary Reed. No. 2004-IA-01968-SCT (Miss. Sup. Ct.).
