TRENTON, N.J. - A New Jersey Superior Court judge has petitioned the state's Administrative Director of the Courts to create a mass tort for all Risperdal, Seroquel and Zyprexa claims filed in the Middlesex County court.
New Jersey Superior Court Judge Bryan D. Garruto submitted an application on June 12 to designate as a mass tort all Risperdal, Seroquel and Zyprexa cases, asserting that there are currently 235 such claims pending in Middlesex County.
