PHILADELPHIA - A Pennsylvania judge has partially denied GlaxoSmithKline's motion for summary judgment, saying that a widower needs time to conduct discovery in claims that his wife's suicide was Paxil-induced. Hoppe v. SmithKline Beecham Corp., et al. No. 2:05-cv-05112 (E.D. Pa.).
Judge Anita B. Brody of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania issued the order on June 29, finding that GlaxoSmithKline's (GSK) motion for summary judgment on Jon R.
