JPML Creates Human Tissue MDL, Transfers and Consolidates 7 Cases

TRENTON, N.J. - The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation has created a Human Tissue Products Liability Litigation MDL and transferred and consolidated seven pending cases to a New Jersey federal court. In re Human Tissue Products Liability Litigation. MDL No. 1763 (D. N.J.)

On June 21, the JPML transferred the seven cases from the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey, Northern District of Ohio and Northern District of Oklahoma and consolidated them in the District of New Jersey.
