S.C. Woman Says ReNu Caused Her Vision Loss

CHARLESTON, S.C. - A South Carolina woman has sued Bausch & Lomb, alleging that its ReNu with MoistureLoc contact lens solution caused her vision loss. Kohn v. Bausch & Lomb Inc. No. 2:06-cv-1321 (D. S.C.).

Jennifer A. Kohn sued Bausch & Lomb on May 1 in the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina, asserting that the company knew or should have known that ReNu "created a high risk of unreasonable, dangerous side effects which could result in permanent injury."
