GREENVILLE, Miss. - A Mississippi woman has filed a class action against Bausch & Lomb Inc., claiming the company fraudulently concealed from the public that its ReNu® MoistureLoc contact lens solution was causing fungal infections in users in Singapore. Lesley v. Bausch & Lomb Inc. No. 1:06-cv-132 (N.D. Miss.).

On May 1, Joan Lesley, individually and on behalf of others similarly situated, filed a class action complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi, asserting that she would not have purchased the company's ReNu with MoistureLoc contact lens solution if she had known it was unsafe.
