NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Five plaintiffs suing Merck & Co. Inc. for alleged injuries from its Fosamax osteoporosis drug recently filed their second amended complaint, adding one plaintiff and an additional claim. Wolfe, et al. v. Merck & Co. Inc. No. 3:05-cv-0717 (M.D. Tenn.).
On April 21 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, plaintiffs Gwendolyn Wolfe, Trent Nichols, Sarah Raber, Carol Smith and Carolyn Lopreato added Harold Wolfe as a plaintiff and his loss of consortium claim.
