KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A Missouri judge recently granted in part a physician defendant's motion for a more definitive petition, saying the plaintiffs' original complaint is "unintelligible in that it fails to specify which allegations are brought against which defendants." Skiles, et al. v. AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, et al. No. 4:06-cv-00028 (W.D. Mo.).
