Mo. Judge: Plaintiffs' Complaint 'Unintelligible,' Fails to Specify Allegations

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A Missouri judge recently granted in part a physician defendant's motion for a more definitive petition, saying the plaintiffs' original complaint is "unintelligible in that it fails to specify which allegations are brought against which defendants."
