PHILADELPHIA - A Philadelphia judge has denied without further explanation GlaxoSmithKline's motion to strike the class allegations in a complaint against the company for alleged Paxil-related injuries. Blain, et al. v. SmithKline Beecham Corp. No. 2:06-cv-01247 (E.D. Pa.).
