D.C. Judges Affirm Summary Judgment Award to FDA

WASHINGTON, D.C. - A three-judge panel in the D.C. Court of Appeals has affirmed in part a lower court's order granting summary judgment to the FDA, finding that although the agency's court-ordered RU-486 document production was vague, it was structurally intact.
