WASHINGTON, D.C. - A three-judge panel in the D.C. Court of Appeals has affirmed in part a lower court's order granting summary judgment to the FDA, finding that although the agency's court-ordered RU-486 document production was vague, it was structurally intact. Judicial Watch Inc. v. Food and Drug Administration, et al. No. 05-5256 (U.S. Ct. App., D.C. Cir.).
