7 Plaintiffs Petition for ReNu Contact Lens Solution MDL

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Seven plaintiffs are urging the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation to create a Bausch & Lamb ReNu contact lens solution MDL, saying transfer and consolidation will allow cases to proceed more efficiently. In re: Bausch & Lomb ReNu MoistureLoc Contact Solution. No. 1785 (JPML).

The plaintiffs - with cases currently pending in Louisiana, Florida and New York - filed their petition on April 28, saying actions concerning personal injury, consumer claims, medical monitoring, redhibition and personal injury claims regarding Bausch & Lomb's ReNu® MoistureLoc Contact Lens Solution should be transferred and consolidated.
