Fosamax Parties Propose Order to Protect 'Confidential Information'

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Five plaintiffs and Merck & Co. Inc. recently filed a joint motion to enter an agreed confidentiality order to protect "confidential, proprietary and other protected documents, information and testimony." Wolfe, et al. v. Merck & Co. Inc. No. 3:05-cv-0717 (M.D. Tenn.).
