Prempro Defendants' Motion to Require Adoption of Master Complaint Denied

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - The Prempro MDL judge has denied without prejudice a defense motion to require cases transferred to the MDL before Jan. 7, 2004, to adopt the master class action complaint, which does not seek recovery for personal injury claims. In re: Prempro Products Liability Litigation. MDL No. 1507. Case No. 4:03-cv-1507. (E.D. Ark.).

In a non-document order filed April 26 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas, Judge William R. Wilson Jr. denied the motion without further comment.
