TAMPA, Fla. - The Swiss defendants in the Accutane MDL recently opposed the Plaintiffs' Steering Committee's motion to adopt an order from a New Jersey Accutane case which required the Roche defendants to produce any documents regarding Vitamin A, saying the order does not pertain to the Swiss defendants.
