Fla. Couple Seeks Relief, Medical Monitoring Class for Fosamax Injures

FORT MYERS, Fla. - A Florida couple recently sued Merck & Co. Inc. for alleged injuries from consumption of the company's Fosamax osteoporosis drug and also seek to represent a medical monitoring class they say would consist of more than 10 million members.
