Propulsid MDL Judge Bars 1,298 Resolution Program Claimants From Bringing Future Claims

NEW ORLEANS - The judge presiding over the Propulsid MDL recently granted an unopposed defense motion to forever bar any future claims of those claimants in the MDL resolution program whose claims have been finalized. On March 10, Judge Eldon E. Fallon of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana granted the motion without additional comment.
