JPML Creates Aredia/Zometa MDL; Decides Against Fosamax, Actonel

NASHVILLE - The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation recently granted in part a plaintiff's petition to create a bisphosphonate drugs MDL by transferring and consolidating more than two dozen Aredia and Zometa claims, but not Fosamax and Actonel claims, to a Tennessee federal court.
