TAMPA, Fla. - The judge presiding over the Accutane MDL recently granted in part an epidemiologist's motion to quash the Plaintiffs' Steering Committee's subpoena for documents, saying she must provide any correspondence she had with defendant Roche, but not the "raw data" from her Accutane study.
