Summary: A study designed to evaluate a possible association between aggressive behavior in men and the use of sildenafil. Published studies have shown that sildenafil affects the brain by causing biochemical and physiological changes. Other data revealed that nitric oxide (NO) synthase, guanylyl cyclase and phosphodiesterase type-5 (PDE-5) were found in the areas of the brain responsible for sexual drive and behavior.
