JOPLIN, Mo. - A Missouri woman recently moved for a new trial in her claim against Wyeth for injuries she allegedly suffered from ingesting the company's Pondomin and Redux diet drugs, charging that the trial court erred in not allowing her to present evidence linking the drugs to primary pulmonary hypertension. Weston v. Wyeth, et al. No. 03-cv-679878 (Mo. Cir. Ct., Jasper Cty.).
