TRENTON, N.J. - A three-judge panel in the Appellate Division of New Jersey Superior Court recently affirmed the dismissal of a Virgina couple's claim against Roche for injuries their son sustained as a result of his in utero exposure to Accutane, finding that Roche's warnings about consuming the acne drug while pregnant were adequate.
