TRENTON, N.J. - The Appellate Division of New Jersey Superior Court recently reversed a trial court's order granting summary judgment to Hoffman-La Roche, finding that the New Jersey Products Liability Act applies to a Michigan man's lawsuit against the manufacturer for alleged injuries caused by its Accutane acne drug. Rowe v. Hoffman-La Roche Inc., et al. No. A-4522-03T3. (N.J. Sup. Ct., App. Div.).
