N.J. Court Reinstates Michigan Man's Claim for Alleged Accutane Injuries

TRENTON, N.J. - The Appellate Division of New Jersey Superior Court recently reversed a trial court's order granting summary judgment to Hoffman-La Roche, finding that the New Jersey Products Liability Act applies to a Michigan man's lawsuit against the manufacturer for alleged injuries caused by its Accutane acne drug.
