NEW ORLEANS -Janssen Pharmaceutica will pay at least $14.5 million to resolve all remaining state and federal lawsuits in the second MDL resolution program related to its Propulsid (cisapride) heartburn medication. Judge Eldon E. Fallon of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana issued a consent order on Dec. 19.
