WILMINGTON, N.C. - A North Carolina woman sued Johnson & Johnson and Ortho-McNeil for injuries she allegedly suffered after using its Ortho Evra birth control patch for 22 months. Brown v. Johnson & Johnson, et al. No. 7:05-cv-220 (E.D. N.C.).
