Calif. Appeal Court Affirms Dismissal of Couple's Vaccine Lawsuit

LOS ANGELES - The California Court of Appeal affirmed on Nov. 28 the dismissal of a couple's lawsuit against 20 vaccine manufacturers for allegedly exposing their children to thimerosal.
