LOS ANGELES - The California Court of Appeal affirmed on Nov. 28 the dismissal of a couple's lawsuit against 20 vaccine manufacturers for allegedly exposing their children to thimerosal. In re: The Vaccine Cases. No. B168163 (Calif. Ct. Appeal, 2nd Dist.); Bothwell, et al. v. Abbott Laboratories Inc., et al. JCCP No. 4246 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).
