N.J. Supreme Court Decides Against Coordinating Ortho Evra Cases

TRENTON, N.J. - The New Jersey Supreme Court on Nov. 30 denied a petition to coordinate Ortho Evra lawsuits in a mass tort proceeding. In re: Ortho Evra Litigation. No. n/a (N.J. Sup. Ct.).
The Supreme Court said the litigation does not presently meet the mass tort criteria.
