TRENTON, N.J. - Three more lawsuits were recently filed against Johnson & Johnson in New Jersey federal court by plaintiffs who claim the company's Ortho Evra birth control patch caused one woman's death and two women's blood clots. Leitheiser v. Johnson & Johnson, et al. No. 2:05-cv-05413; Stoedter v. Johnson & Johnson, et al. No. 2:05-cv-05501; Kingston v. Johnson & Johnson, et al. No. 2:05-cv-05502 (D. N.J.).
