N.Y. Jury Finds for Doctor Sued for Wrongful Death of Mother

DELHI, N.Y. - A New York Supreme Court jury recently found for a physician accused of administering a labor-inducing drug to a woman during childbirth that her family says caused her death. Saiter v. Moheb N. Khouzam, M.D., et al. No. 2002-0248 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., Delaware Cty.).

The New York Supreme Court jury in Delaware County reached its verdict on Oct. 21 after an 8-day trial.
