SALT LAKE CITY - An Oregon couple who blamed their daughter's suicide on her use of Pfizer Inc.'s Zoloft antidepressant settled their lawsuit against the manufacturer on Oct. 21. Kallas v. Pfizer Inc. No. 2:04-cv-00998 (D. Utah).
Ken B. and Angela R. Kallas and Pfizer jointly moved to dismiss the case with prejudice on Oct. 21. District Judge Paul G. Cassell granted the motion the same day. Settlement terms were said to be confidential.
