PHILADELPHIA - The 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals has affirmed a federal district court's decision to order a supplement maker to pay up to $8 million in restitution to consumers for violating the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FDCA). United States v. LaneLabs USA Inc., et al., No. 04-3592 (3rd Cir.).
