LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - A Prempro MDL plaintiff voluntarily dismissed her lawsuit on Sept. 19 after seeing the 'flurry of white hot publicity' from the recently tried Vioxx case. Edna Morphew v. Wyeth, et al., No. 05-CV-847, (E.D. Ark.); In re: Prempro Products Liability Litigation. MDL Docket No. 4:03-cv-1507, (E.D. Ark.).
