CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - A Texas woman who claims her brain tumor was caused by a polio vaccine, responded to Wyeth's and Pfizer's motions for summary judgment on Sept. 15, saying the vaccine could have been manufactured by the companies, but that they cannot 'rely on her personal memory to prove the identity of the manufacturer.' Garcia v. Aventis, et al. No. 2:04-cv-00112 (S.D. Texas).
