Novartis Entities Dismissed from 3 Tavist-D Lawsuits in PPA MDL

SEATTLE - Two Novartis entities were recently dismissed with prejudice from three lawsuits claiming injuries from the cold medication Tavist-D®. In re Phenylpropanolamine (PPA) Products Liability Litigation. MDL No. 1407 (W.D. Wash.).
