Md. Woman Opposes Rite Aid's Effort to Appeal Verdict in Warranty Case

ANNAPOLIS - A Maryland woman awarded $250,000 for incorrect advice in a Rite Aid pharmacy pamphlet is opposing Rite-Aid's petition for writ of certiorari to the state's highest court, saying the company is erroneously representing the warranty issue as one of first impression. Rite Aid Corp. v. Ellen R. Levy-Gray. No. 0133, (Md. Ct. Sp. App.).
