Kmart and Watson Dismissed from W.Va. HRT Case

BECKLEY, W.Va. - Kmart Corp. and Watson Laboratories have been dismissed in August from a lawsuit where the plaintiffs claimed medical injuries as a result of taking hormone replacement therapy drugs. Wanda Thomas, et al., v. Wyeth, et al. No. 5:05-cv-00094, (S.D. W.Va.).
The dismissal orders for Kmart and Watson Laboratories were issued on Aug. 3 and 4, respectively.
