Pfizer Files 10 Motions In Limine, Says Plaintiff's Evidence and Expert Testimony Should be Excluded

TYLER, Texas - Pfizer filed 10 motions in limine on Aug. 15, asking the court to exclude from a Zoloft wrongful death case the plaintiff's evidence regarding other product liability claims, post-death evidence on the drug's labeling, data on other medications and certain expert testimony. Cartwright, et al. v. Pfizer Inc. No. 6:04-cv-292 (E.D. Texas.).
