Prempro Plaintiffs Ask Court to Order Pfizer to Produce Complete Medical Communications Database

LITTLE ROCK, Ark.- The plaintiffs in the Prempro Products Liability Litigation asked the court on Aug. 3 to order the Pfizer defendants to produce its entire medical communications database, saying that the current database 'lacks important and relevant data.' In re: Prempro Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 4:03-CV-1507 (E.D. Ark.).
The plaintiffs said the present database is 'missing more than 50 percent of the vital 'intake' and 'response' fields, [and] contains cutoff sentences and fragments impossible to decipher....'
