Miss. Woman Moves for Reconsideration of Judgment for GlaxoSmithKline

GULFPORT, Miss. - A Mississippi woman who attributes her husband's suicide to his use of the antidepressant Paxil alleged in a July 14 motion for reconsideration that GlaxoSmithKline withheld valuable information from the court and should not have been awarded summary judgment. The Estate of James Moffett v. SmithKline Beecham Corp., et al., No. 1:03-CV-532 (S.D. Miss.).
