Pfizer's Motion for Summary Judgment Denied in Wrongful Death Case

LOS ANGELES - Pfizer Inc.'s motion for summary judgment was denied by a California judge on July 12 who said that there is nothing preventing the pharmaceutical company from strengthening the warning label on its antidepressant Zoloft.
