Calif. Couple Opposes Judgment for Pfizer, Says No Preemption

LOS ANGELES - A California couple who allege their son died as a result of Zoloft consumption filed their opposition to Pfizer's motion for summary judgment on June 3, claiming preemption does not apply to their wrongful death claims.
