Ala. Man Reiterates Joinder Arguments in Response to GlaxoSmithKline

MONTGOMERY, Ala. - The plaintiff in an Advair wrongful death lawsuit says in support of his motion to remand that defendant GlaxoSmithKline's claim of fraudulent joinder is an effort to divert the court's attention from the fact that it doesn't have subject matter jurisdiction.
