Alabama Man Blames Son's Death on GlaxoSmithKline's Advair Asthma Inhaler

MONTGOMERY, Ala. - An Alabama man is suing pharmaceutical manufacturer SmithKline Beecham Corp. and several of it sales representatives, blaming the death of his son on the son's use of Advair and Serevent for an asthma condition. Faulk v. SmithKline Beecham Corp., et al. No. 2:05-cv-85 (Mid. Dist. Ala.).
Plaintiff Earl L.
