TRENTON, N.J. — The New Jersey Supreme Court has denied an application for centralized management of all state court lawsuits alleging injury caused by NexGen knee implant products. Re: Application for Centralized Management of Cases Involving Certain NeGen Flex Products (N.J. Sup. Ct.).
The May 29 decision rejects a bid by NexGen manufacturer Zimmer Holdings and its affiliates to create a coordinated mass tort docket in Middlesex County Superior Court for all pending and future claims filed throughout the state.
