NEW YORK - A New York trial court has denied Johnson and Johnson's motion for summary judgment in a Propulsid case, ruling that there are triable issues as to whether the heartburn medicine could be linked to the death of Kristin Smith. Smith v. Johnson & Johnson Co., et al., No. 108901/01 (N.Y. Sup., N.Y. Cty.).
