Plaintiffs Want Order to Compel Wyeth to Produce GMC Databases

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - Plaintiffs in the Prempro Products Liability MDL complained Feb. 18 that Wyeth has yet to produce medical databases it promised to turn over and they asked a federal judge to set a deadline for production. In re: Prempro Products Liability Litigation, No. 4:03CV1507WRW (E.D. Ark.).
Plaintiffs in the multi-district litigation said in their motion to compel that Wyeth agreed to produce its 'Global Medical Communications Databases' ('MAGIC' and 'MADIRA') databases in return for plaintiffs' pledge to pay for some production costs.
