Mary Ellen Allen is an associate in the Los Angeles photo-1 office of Foley & Lardner LLP. She is a member of the Payments/Compliance Practice Group in the firm's Health Law Department. Ms. Allen's practice focuses on HIPAA privacy and clinical trials compliance.
