About the Author Andy Vickery, Esq. is a Houston-based plaintiffs' attorney involved in pharmaceutical wrongful death claims, mostly related to the ingestion of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) such as Prozac, Paxil and Zoloft. Mr. Vickery is an invited member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and a recent graduate of Gerry Spence's TrialLawyers' College.He represented the plaintiffs in Tobin v. SmithKline Beecham, a Paxil-related murder-suicide case in Wyoming that ended in an $8 million jury verdict for the plaintiffs.
