Plaintiffs Say Defendants in HRT Lawsuit Years Late in Conducting Health Effects Studies

MINNEAPOLIS -- Plaintiffs in a recently filed HRT lawsuit allege that the defendants involved with the development, manufacture and distribution of the hazardous drugs should have conducted their own studies to discover potential adverse health effects. Dargis, et al. v. Wyeth, et al., No. 04-3967 (D. Minn.).
The complaint was filed on July 8 in the Minnesota 4th District Court for the County of Hennepin. The lawsuit has since been removed to the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.
