LOS ANGELES - A public health practitioner is using California's Business and Professions Code for a private attorney general action alleging that Pfizer misled the public about the safety and efficacy of Zoloft antidepressant drug. Madison v. Pfizer, No. BC318871 (Calif. Super., Los Angeles Cty.).
