Calif. Woman Brings Private Attorney General Suit Against Pfizer Over Zoloft

LOS ANGELES - A public health practitioner is using California's Business and Professions Code for a private attorney general action alleging that Pfizer misled the public about the safety and efficacy of Zoloft antidepressant drug.
